Valentine Popcorn

Popcorn is a weakness in my house. Ok maybe it is just a weakness for Ella and myself! The boys could live without it but if Ella and I are watching a movie....popcorn is a MUST!!

I thought it would be fun to share our Valentine's White Chocolate Popcorn today!

Popcorn and Chocolate...oh my!

Here is what you will need:

2 bags of natural flavor popped popcorn

1 bag of white chocolate (I prefer Ghirardelli)

1 bag of M&M's

large sheet of wax paper

This is the white chocolate that I prefer!

When I melt the chocolate, I drizzle just a little bit of oil over the top. Melt in microwave for 30 second intervals until fully melted

Once melted, I pour a little bit of the chocolate over the popcorn. Take a spatula and "fold" the popcorn over the melted chocolate until covered.

Then I add my M&M's and "fold" again until everything is mixed well!

Once everything is mixed well I pour the popcorn out on the wax paper to let the chocolate harden. I added a few more M&M's and sprinkles at this point!

After it has hardened....it took it about an hour!

Place in your favorite popcorn bowl, grab a movie, the fam, and ENJOY!!
