Baileys Espresso Martini

Hello Monday! The kids are out of school today for Presidents Day today! I know I normally recap our week but we have has to much fun this weekend and I decided to share a fun Bailey's recipe with y'all! I'll recap our week tomorrow.

I shared with y'all last month that I picked up this set of mini Baileys Irish Creams from our local liquor store. They are adorable on my coffee cart and will work out great for my St. Patrick's Day coffee cart, as well!

Well I finally got around to making one of the recipes from the back of the box.

Recipe:

2oz Baileys Espresso Creme Irish Cream Liqueur
.25oz Vodka. I used Tito's
.25oz Espresso.

Combine ingredients into an ice filled shaker. Shake and Strain into a martini glass.

If you like espresso, then you will love this martini. It was very good. Perfect little cocktail.
