New Month, New Year, New Goals. Let's hope 2021 is better than last year....
Let's Start with JANUARY Goals.
Personal:
1. Get my Nutrition back on Track. The past two months I have been AWFUL and right now I am PAYING for it. I need to majorly detox.
2. Celebrate Turning 41! Age is just a number, right! I seriously don't feel 41.
3. Work on Home Improvement List. Being in our house for 17.5 years, we have several home improvements that we need to accomplish. I just updated our list.
Family:
1. Return to School In-Person- Fingers Crossed this one happens. If not, we know how to handle digital learning, so we will adjust to that.
2. Celebrate Duke's 8th Birthday- I can't believe my sweet boy is going to be 8.
3. Watch Ian in his first 2021 Golf Tournament- We love watching this boy doing what he LOVES.
4. Ian pass his Drivers Licenses test. We have the appointment and all the requirements finished, now he just has to pass the test. #icanthandlethis #passthewine #justkeepraying
My Glittery Heart:
1. Celebrate 5 Years of Blogging- I can't believe it has been 5 years since I pushed publish. I have come a long way in 5 years. Maybe I will have a fun little giveaway.
2. Work on adding Pinterest graphics to my post. I really need to up my pinterest game.
3. Share my Vision Board. This will be the first year that I am making a Vision Board to hang in the craft room. Ella will be joining me so my plan is to share with y'all our process.
4. Print a Blog Calendar. I have decided to print monthly pages to keep in a 3 ring binder by my desk so that I can quickly add blog ideas to which will make it easier for me to plan and work ahead.
Oh My Glitter:
1. Deep Clean Craft Room- The craft room kind of became the "dumping" grounds during the Holidays so it needs some major TLC. The Closet and my Storage bins are AWFUL.
2. Send a Very Important Email- I will share more on this later if it all works out. (This will all depend on #rona)
3. Start Pre-Glittering Glasses- I have several local friends and even people on Etsy that need a last minute gift. Well if I have to glitter the glass, it takes time but if I have some pre-glittered glasses adding the decal won't take nearly as much time.
4. Re-Open the Etsy Shop. It felt GREAT to take a little break last month but I'm ready to get back to the grind.
5. Work on Updating Listings- I just need to refresh some listings including their pictures and descriptions.
Now let's see how I did in DECEMBER....
Personal:
✔1. Host a Wine Tasting Night. Y'all I finally planned a wine tasting/Ornament exchange at my house with 7 other girls! YAY! We are so excited.
✔. Finalize 2021 Goals. I am working on putting my 2021 goals together.
✘. Continue Deleting Pictures on my phone. I feel like everytime I delete pictures I take more. HA
✔. Mail Christmas Cards. I got the pictures taken and the card ordered so now I need to address and mail them.
Family:
✔. Enjoy Disney and Orlando together. We are going to Orlando for Ian's National Championship and spending a few days at the parks.
✔. Celebrate Christmas. This year is going to look so different without Granddaddy but we are determined to make the most of it.
✔. Celebrate Ian turning 16. Y'all I can't even with this one.
✔. Host and/Or Attend FriendsMAS. We love getting together with our friends and we can wait to get together with them this year.
✔. Christmas Lights. I can't wait to see all the Christmas lights this year. Weather it is driving around or the Botanical Gardens.
My Glittery Heart:
✔. Christmas Bar Cart. I can't wait to share this year's Christmas Bar Cart with y'all. It's so CUTE plus I have a new favorite cocktail.
✔. Christmas Home Tour. I always love sharing our home with y'all and this year is no different.
✔. Plan my 5 year Blogiversary. EEK I can't wait believe I will be celebrating 5 years in this little space soon.
✘. Share a Wine Lovers Gift Guide. Y'all know I love my wine so I thought I would share some of my favorites.
Oh My Glitter:
✔. Host a Christmas in stock sale. I have several items in stock that I need to clear off my shelf so what better way to do that than a sale.
✔. Keep up with orders to ship within 3-5 business days. I love making glittery goodies for y'all bit with it just being me sometimes I can get behind.
✘. Plan out 2021. I had a lot of ideas for this year but #2020 so I hope to implement them next year.
SeneGence:
✘. Host an In Stock Sale. I have a few in stock items that I can sale at a discount.
✘. Share gift wrapping ideas. It's fun to give the gift of skin care/makeup but it's even more fun to wrap them cute.
I would say that overall I am pleased with what I accomplished last month.
