3 Things you Need to Being Doing for your Skin.

Happy Wednesday Friend. Many of y'all know that I am a Senegence Distributor but I am NOT HERE TO SELL YOU ANYTHING. I know my upline is shaking her head right now. 😉 I firmly believe that you need to find products that work for you and your skin. Senegence just happens to work well for my skin so I love using their products. I continue to be a distributor for the discount. 

But if I can tell you ANYTHING about skin care than these are them....

Let's start with why you should exfoliate your skin...

Exfoliation removes the barrier of dead skin cells clogging the skin and uncovers fresh new cells below. This opens the way for moisturizing products to penetrate more deeply into the skin, which makes them more effective. A regular exfoliating routine will leave your skin looking fresh and healthy. 

I generally exfoliate my face twice a week. Wednesdays and Sundays. I use the Senegence Resurfacer. 

With warmer weather on the horizon and being outside more, PLEASE wear your sunscreen. (Most experts would say wear it everyday no matter the season) I am currently wearing the SeneGence Facial Sunscreen. 

In addition to help prevent sun damage, protect your skin from uv rays, and help maintain an even skin tone. I do like that the SeneGence brand is lightweight, oil free, and has an SPF of 20. 

Lastly, I can't say this enough MOISTURIZE your skin. I am currently using SeneGence Daytime Dry Moisturizer and in the evening SeneGence Dry Evening 

Moisturizing your skin can help reduce skin problems such as dryness and oiliness.

Moisturizing your skin can helps your skin stay young. (and who doesn't want that) 

Moisturizing your skin helps fight wrinkles. (give me all the moisturizer)
