Our Week with A College Visit, Ella's 17th Birthday, Getting Ready to go Back to School Full Time.

Hey Y'all! Happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend! I am recapping October 7th-13th.

Monday, October 7th-

Ben to the office, Coffee and Jesus for me, then I went to workout, 1st day of Fall Break for Ella. Then we went to meet Leigh Anne and Bailey for lunch. I ran a few errands and then got home. Ella went to Young Life and Ben and I went to Longhorns for dinner.

Tuesday, October 8th-

Coffee and Jesus for me, Ben to the office, I went to workout from 8-9 and then got home to get ready for Ella and I to head to Georgia College & State University for a college tour. But first we met Brett for lunch and then our tour was at 2pm. We finished around 4:30 and Brett was driving by after class so we followed him to his house for a tour!

Ella and I got home, Her and the girls headed to Top Golf but that had lost power so they went to Cane's for dinner. I made a sandwich for dinner and waited up for Ella to get home.

Wednesday, October 9th-

Coffee and Jesus for me, Ben to the office, and Ella slept in because she wasn't feeling all that well.

Ian went to his morning class and was at Legends by 12. Love these 2.

I had a hair appointment at 3:45. Then we met Jud and Stephanie at El Real for dinner. Addison and Laney Brooke spent the night.

Thursday, October 10th- Ella's 17th Birthday.

Coffee and Jesus for me, Ben to the office, I went to workout, picked up a WalMart order, and then home to start dogfood, and get the girls off to shop and lunch in downtown Madison. I cleaned up after 5 girls, checked on them often, and finally got ready to head to Maggiano's for dinner.

Off to Downtown Madison.

They got back to the house, peed, grabbed an ice cream, and headed to Ben's office. They love to visit Ben at his office.

They all got home and we all headed to Maggiano's for family style dinner.

We got home late, changed into jammies, and crashed.

Friday, October 11th-

Ben and Ian went to play Mountain Top, Coffee and Jesus for me, and then the girls started leaving at different times. Ella and I had 11am nail appointments, we went to lunch, I went to Costco, and Ella ran errands.

We both got home, chilled, typed out a few blog post, started watching OBX, headed up leftovers, and called it a night. Ian spent the night at Kathryn's.

Saturday, October 12th-

We got up, got ready, headed to get Ben's truck washed, Cracker Barrel for breakfast, and then to a funeral from one of our childhood friend's dad that had passed away. The visitation was from 12-1 and the celebration of life service was at 1PM. Afterwards, we went over to Matt and Kayla's to visit and watch the GA game. We left at halftime and stopped at Applebee's on our way home for an appetizer and drinks. Ben and I got home around 8:30, showered, and crawled into bed.

Ian hung out with Kathryn for the day and Ella hung out with her friends for Aubrey's birthday. It was a weekend of celebrating for those girls.

These 3 have been friends for a LONG TIME.

Sunday, October 13th-

We were up early, got ready, and headed to Legend's for breakfast. Kathryn and I rode with Ben and Ian while they played and we were so cold that morning. But luckily it warmed up as the day went on. They played 18 holes and then on hole 16 we saw a little friend. A Groundhog.

Can you see him in the picture?

The guys got done around 12:30 and Ella met us to eat lunch. We got home, I got stuff together for Ian to take back to college, finished this blog post, Ian did a load of laundry, before we freshened up to head to Ninja with my mom, Gary, Tonya, Amber, Daniel. Party of 11 here we come! HA

It was delicious. We got home, I gathered trash to take to the road, started coffee for Monday morning, gave Duke his medicine, and then crawled into the bed so Ben and I could watch OBX together. Even though I had already started it 😜

Love this sweet girl and celebrating her all week long.

Oh Dan the Man!
